Director

Matthew has been a tax professional for more than 20 years and he heads up the tax practice.  He has a wealth of experience advising businesses and their owners helping them through the complexities of the tax landscape. He has a history of assisting SMEs in corporate transactions such as company sales, management buy ins, employee share schemes,   and reconstructions.

Being a chartered accountant and a chartered tax advisor Matthew is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners  and has a keen interest in trust and estate planning assisting high net worth individuals and their families with Inheritance tax mitigation and wealth retention strategies.
